Emergency QR is meant to help responders see critical information fast. It should not open a person’s full medical account.
Emergency access should show only approved emergency fields such as blood group, allergies, medications, conditions, contacts, and care notes.
Emergency viewers should not edit records, download private files, change wallet documents, or manage sharing.
Emergency access events should be logged and visible for review by the user, family where allowed, and platform security teams.
Blood group, allergies, active medications, chronic conditions, emergency contacts, care notes, key address notes, basic insurance cues, and UAE emergency numbers may appear if configured.
Full records, Health Wallet files, timeline, analytics, comparison views, private documents, account settings, and unrelated family profiles stay private.
Emergency QR should be used only for urgent care, first response, hospital triage, or situations where the person cannot speak for themselves.
Where possible, emergency access should notify the patient and configured family or emergency contacts.
MyHealthHRS is not an ambulance, hospital, or emergency response service. In a medical emergency in the UAE, contact local emergency services first.
Suspicious or unnecessary emergency access should be reviewable by authorized security or admin roles, and users should be able to report concerns to support.
Emergency views should be read-only, logged, limited to the active emergency context, and set to expire automatically where expanded emergency access is enabled.
