This plain-language policy explains how MyHealthHRS handles UAE V1 profiles, medical records, Health Wallet documents, Emergency QR details, provider sharing, notifications, and support requests.
Provider sharing requires selected records, a selected recipient, an expiry period, and clear consent that can be revoked.
Family owners can support care based on member type and permissions, but they do not automatically own or see every record.
Emergency QR shows only the emergency fields configured for urgent care, not the full account or full medical record library.
This may include profile details, family members, medical records, Health Wallet documents, emergency contacts, allergies, medications, conditions, addresses, and provider sharing choices.
The system may create notifications, consent history, audit logs, upload status, sharing status, and support notes.
We use this information to show your records, manage family care, create Emergency QR, store wallet documents, share by consent, and respond to support requests.
We share information only when you ask, when a permitted family workflow requires it, when a provider has active consent, when Emergency QR is opened, when support needs limited account context, or when required by law.
You can update profile details, revoke sharing, remove wallet documents, request export, ask for correction or deletion, and contact support for privacy help. Some audit, backup, billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.
UAE V1 is designed to support clear consent, easy consent withdrawal, access and correction requests, data export where available, and careful handling of sensitive health information.
