MyHealthHRS helps organize medical records, family profiles, Health Wallet documents, Emergency QR, notifications, and consent-based provider sharing.
It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, replace a doctor, or replace emergency services in the UAE.
Keep login details private, use your own account, and tell support quickly if you think someone else accessed your account.
Family owners can help manage dependents and permitted assisted members. Independent members keep their own privacy controls and should not be managed without permission.
Providers can request or receive access only under verification, role permissions, consent, expiry, and audit controls. Providers must use shared records only for the care or administrative purpose allowed.
During UAE V1 private pilot, registration may be invitation-only and accounts may require approval. We may pause or remove access for misuse, security risk, or unsupported use.
Paid plans should show pricing, renewal, invoices, failed payment notices, cancellation, and support options clearly. Prices can be updated from admin settings before production release.
Do not upload information you are not allowed to use, attempt to access another account, misuse Emergency QR, bypass consent, or interfere with platform security.
